If you are not already an MSA member you can join simply by printing and completing the form below,

then submit it to the club with payment.

If you already belong to MSA, but would like to support the Paul Bunyan SC, you can join as an "Associate Member."

Membership fees: $24 per family, $40 per business, Associate Membership $12
